During a complimentary survey, they assess safety, cost-effectiveness, and modernisation needs. We offer various heating and cooling solutions, including wall-mounted units for small spaces, ceiling-mounted cassette units for large areas, ducted units for hidden installation, and floor-standing units for versatile placement options.

Expert Design Solutions
Rapid Response Call-Out Service
We specialise in call-outs within a 30-mile radius of our Essex base, aiming to attend requests within 24 hours. Additional time is charged at a half-hourly rate. Common parts are carried for first-time fixes, and if repairs cannot be completed on the initial visit, we provide a quote for further work. Common issues we address include system not cooling or heating, fault codes, poor airflow, water leaks, noisy units, bad odors, non-responsive units, cellar cooler problems, and air conditioning cleaning. Additional costs for parking, congestion, and toll charges apply.
Our call-out fee, starting at £149 + VAT, includes the first hour of labour.
